Our realisation management carries out projects and strategic plans quickly and efficiently.
Drawing from our experience with several hundred projects, our experts have developed their own project management procedure. Accordingly, Campana & Schott’s approach is based on lessons learned and best practices. We use project management standards as defined for example by the PMI, IPMA/GPM or the IT Infrastructure Library (ITIL).
We can take care of – also on an interim basis – the entire project management process. Support and advice for individual project tasks is also possible. Our operations take place across sectors, from product development to organisational projects to IT and telecommunications projects. In such instances, we place special emphasis on IT strategy, IT service management, IT infrastructure and IT carve-outs (mergers and acquisitions).
A Project Office then handles the entire project life cycle. If required, we can also take on functional tasks such as generating business cases or decision proposals for top management.
