Increased Performance Thanks to More Incentives
We have developed a model that is focused on project success in your company. Each project is evaluated in regular stages, differentiated in accordance with the respective (cumulative) results and performance.
Would you like to offer your employees, in addition to a classic management career, a project career with performance-related payment? Should the project manager be assigned responsibility for his actions and ultimately for his success? The project manager’s ambitious targets, dedication and team-oriented work are intended to ensure your project’s success. You expect your project manager to be business-minded and resourceful. This requires incentives. A project career as one more pillar in the personnel development program will improve the performance curve. Diagram 1 shows the project management career path.
Our model promises a high success rate.
Increasing management competence on the career path
With our “PM Career Path” model, the project manager receives a tiered career plan and a performance-oriented bonus for his/her high level of commitment.
The entry and experience criteria for the individual levels are developed in cooperation with you. We bring the experience and best practices with us. This also applies to the bonus component: the assessment basis for the bonuses is the project’s success. This is reflected in team efficiency, e.g. in commission transactions, personal development and in achieving economic objectives in the company or different business areas.
With our model, you can also offer your employees, in addition to a classic management career, a project career. The project leader gains management experience and aligns project and company objectives. This way, you motivate your employees effectively and maximise long-term employee retention.
We would be glad to support you in designing a PM career path and setting up a performance-related project incentive system.
