- In cooperation with C&S you will sketch the initial situation of your company. There project plans will be consolidated and resource allocations reviewed.
- Based on the initial data our tool will support you in generating a project portfolio plan (figure 1).
- This allows you to analyse optimasation opportunities in the project portfolio and to simulate different scenarios (figure 2).
