- Based on the initial data our tool will support you in generating a project portfolio plan (figure 1).
- This allows you to analyse optimasation opportunities in the project portfolio and to simulate different scenarios (figure 2).
- After having chosen a scenario our tool will retransfer the new specifications into the original project plans (figure 3).
