How can I submit an application?

What is the best time to submit my application?
Since we are always looking for qualified consultants, you can submit your application at any time. Short-term applications are likewise no problem for us, because we are able to make decisions quickly.
What documents do you need?
Please send us all of your application documents so that we can determine the exact employment opportunities available at our company. These include the covering letter, c.v., as well as school certificates, university diplomas, internship and job references.
Which field of studies will be of advantage at Campana & Schott?
University studies in fields such as business informatics, business engineering or business administration are preferable.
What qualifications – in addition to my academic studies – do I need?
In addition to some practical experience, ideally in consulting or IT, we are looking for people who are keen on IT as well as current management topics. In addition, the ability to analyse things, be creative and take direct action, a sense of humour and a good deal of character are important for starting a consulting career with us.

During your job interview you will meet our personnel officer, a manager and senior manager as well as one of the two managing directors, Dr. Schott or Dr. Campana.

What is the minimum amount of time I should allow for an internship?
In order to experience as many aspects of project management as possible and also gain extensive insight into a consultant’s normal working day, we recommend at least three months.
How will I be involved as a student in the consultant business at Campana & Schott?
From the beginning, you will receive support from a consulting team at our offices or directly at the customer location. You are a “real” member of our team and will learn from experienced colleagues what is important with respect to analysis, concept design and successful project implementation. In this context, you will be involved in realising strategic projects in areas such as IT and infrastructure, product and organisation development, etc.
Do I already have to name a concrete topic from your current list in my thesis application?
You do not have to, but you can if you like. We would be delighted if you are interested in one of our available topics, but are always open and curious to hear your suggestions. We will discuss the topic or thematic priority of your thesis with you during the job interview.
What happens when I join the company directly after graduation?
University graduates can start immediately. We are convinced that “training on the job” is the best way to quickly qualify people for our consulting projects. Especially at the beginning, our “Coaching and Support” program also offers you a number of opportunities to familiarize yourself with project management and process management. Additionally, each employee is assigned a mentor to provide assistance in a number of ways including building a network and acting as a first contact partner when any overall questions arise. Of course, all of our consultants and project leaders are available to exchange ideas – and the wonderful thing is, they like doing it!
