The story of rags to riches is perhaps taking things a bit too far. Nevertheless you can begin working your way up from your very first day at Campana & Schott. You start as a consultant and project manager assigned with project responsibility. And the final aim? As far up at the top as you want to go – even a future position as a (junior) partner at our consulting firm is possible. And how do you get there? Here are the steps from graduate to the top:

Stage 1: Direct start as a consultant
If you have just completed your studies, this is your starting position. With the help of a mentor, you will be trained as a project management as well as a process management expert and already be responsible for realisation tasks in customer projects. In addition you will be prepared for international projects and the following stages.

Stage 2: Manage projects within a functional area as a senior consultant
Your first practical experiences put you in a position to take on full responsibility for projects – including the commercial aspects. From now on, a project team will follow your orders and you will be making an important contribution to the success of the assignment.

Stage 3: Managerial responsibility
As an executive responsible for results and in charge of personnel, it is up to you to make sure that new customers are enthusiastic, your teams are in shape, your customers are satisfied and your projects are successful. You take on - independent of specific projects – responsibility for personnel and set up personnel structures.

Stage 4: Your own business field as a senior manager
Experience pays off. In the meantime, you have proven yourself as a project and employee manager. This is why we now give you responsibility for an entire business area. You supervise several projects, set up personnel structures and lead us from success to success.

Stage 5: At the top as a (junior) partner
The best of the best – and that is not many – make it to the management level of the company to become an important part of Campana & Schott’s success story.
