We know that we are not the top priority in your life. We do not overwork job newcomers. We also do not think that working at weekends is “state-of-the-art”. Our consultants are not supposed to get to know more hotels than are listed in a Varta Hotel Guide. You work in well-planned projects near your location, so you can have a fulfilled private life.

Even so, our employees like to spend time with each other. Friendships among colleagues are welcome. At our regular social events – ranging from picnics to after-work parties to poker nights – there are always people who share common interests.
