5.1 Subject
The subject of this statement is the collection, processing and use of the personal data that Campana & Schott records when a user uses the Campana & Schott website or the personal section thereof.
5.2 Data Collection and Processing
Campana & Schott collects data when (I) a user account is set up by the user and/or (II) when a user visits or uses the website.
When a user account is set up, data is recorded that (I) is entered in the mandatory fields to identify the user and provide the respective services, as well as (II) data which reveals user interests and behaviour in order to improve website quality and to address users more specifi-cally.
In cases in which the user visits the website or uses it, the following data is recorded: (I) data transmitted by the user’s Internet browser, (II) the user’s IP address, (III) the transmitted Inter-net address and (IV) the pages called up on the Campana & Schott website. In addition (V) Campany & Schott sets a cookie.

The user has the right to view, correct, amend or delete any of his/her recorded personal data and settings at any time.
5.4 Cookies

6 Applicable Law and Jurisdiction
These conditions are subject to the laws of the Federal Republic of Germany. The parties agree to submit to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the German courts. If a part of these con-ditions becomes null and void, this will have no effect on the validity and suability of the re-maining conditions. The section that has become null and void will be replaced by valid and legally binding conditions.
