Many companies have now gained initial experience with artificial intelligence—whether through pilot projects, the use of tools such as Microsoft Copilot, or initial internal training courses.

However, these activities often remain isolated and merely scratch the surface. To unlock the full potential of AI, more than just technical know-how is needed: it is about specifically preparing people and organizations for an AI-supported future.

The workshop content

The goal of the workshop is to conduct an initial strategic positioning in the area of “AI Ready People” in an interactive format. Together, we identify key areas for action, target groups, and development paths. The content is tailored to your specific needs and typically based on four core building blocks:

AI People target vision
  • What role should humans play in the future AI-supported company – as co-creators, decision-makers, or relieved through automation?
  • What does “AI Ready” specifically mean for your company in 3–5 years?
Target groups and personas
  • Who are the key target groups for our AI initiatives, e.g., management, departments, operational staff?
  • What specific skills, mindsets, and learning needs exist within these groups?

AI Readiness
  • Where do we stand in terms of skills, mindset, and willingness to change regarding AI?
  • Where are there skill gaps or structural barriers, and how significant is the need for change?
Quick Wins und Roadmap
  • How can we achieve a noticeable level of maturity in “AI Ready People” within 12–36 months?
  • Development of a realistic roadmap with clear quick wins, strategic milestones, and measures for risk mitigation.

AI Transformation – We start with people.

AI technology is available but not automatically effective

Many companies have invested, yet key obstacles remain:

  • Usage is sporadic, not widespread
  • Employees are uncertain in handling AI and lack clear guidance
  • Relevant roles, levers, and target groups are not sufficiently defined

A target vision, orientation, and clear governance are needed

Lack of orientation in processes prevents real progress

Impact requires clarity in key strategic dimensions:

  • What ambition are we pursuing with AI in the organization?
  • Which groups and functions need to be empowered, when and how?
  • Which investments contribute to impact, scalability, and acceptance?

The AI Ready People pre-study provides the decision-making foundation.

Informed decisions with the “AI Ready People” pre-study

With the AI Ready People pre-study, we create the necessary clarity:

  • Target visions and maturity model for AI deployment by roles and departments
  • Prioritized use cases and empowerment scenarios
  • Investment paths and business cases to make effort and benefit measurable

This is how technology and people generate real impact.
