Scoping Workshop
Together with our customers, we analyze the initial situation and requirements for project management software and identify the desired benefits.
Proof of Concept
We evaluate application scenarios in detail, minimize risks and enable a clear target picture for a follow-up project. A wide variety of solution scenarios are conceivable on-premises or in the cloud, which we evaluate together with our customers.
Implementation
We implement tailor-made solutions at the highest level and in every scale - be it a migration or a new implementation. Thereby we eliminate breakages between processes and software.
Change Management
We accompany companies through the entire process from commissioning to long-term anchoring. This also includes user qualification and support from our in-house service desk.
