Definition of Requirement Profiles Together with our customers, we define which goals are to be achieved through employee qualification or certification. On this basis, we recommend further training measures that are geared to the future project landscape.

Training & Know-how Transfer We take over the targeted training of project staff, e.g. through project manager or tool training. We also offer user training for specific technologies and attach importance to the sustainable transfer of technology know-how.  

Accompaniment during Certifications In the case of certifications specifically for project management competencies of the PMP® or PMF, we accompany companies from the selection of suitable certifications to the registration process of employees and examination preparation.  

Establishment of Standards Our technology and project management experts establish uniform and proven standards in training courses, which can also be used as guidelines by our customers in the future.

Managed Services We also support our customers professionally with cloud solutions. We operate online services such as Microsoft Office 365, SharePoint or Project as well as the Azure Server. This includes monitoring of the environment, user and license management as well as incident management.
