It shows how modern technologies influence productivity, how employee collaboration relates to job satisfaction, and what organizations can learn from these findings. 

The Department of Information Systems at the Technical University of Darmstadt, led by Prof. Dr. Peter Buxmann, publishes the study in cooperation with Campana & Schott.
