Building a sustainability portfolio

We translate your company's sustainability strategy into concrete programmes, projects and initiatives. To this end, we provide a sustainability check of your current or new projects, develop tailored steering concepts and set up a suitable portfolio management.

Steering Sustainable Transformation

We take care of the programme and project management setup for your transformation projects. For larger initiatives, we establish transformation offices and support with experienced project management experts for the area of sustainability.

Introduce sustainability community

We support you in involving your employees and accompany you in setting up and moderating a sustainability community in your company. If required, we also take care of setting up suitable communication and collaboration tools such as Microsoft Teams.

Set up Sustainability Reporting

We create the basis for evaluating and controlling your sustainability activities. Together with you, we define central KPIs and metrics, take over the data modelling and develop the appropriate dashboards and management reports with Microsoft Power BI, for example.

The Future IT Report, published by Campana & Schott together with the University of Duisburg-Essen, provides concrete suggestions for IT.
