About Future Organization Report

The Future Organization Report annually examines the challenges, approaches and success factors in managing agile transformation processes in companies from Switzerland, Germany and Austria.

The study is published by the Institute of Information Management at the University of St.Gallen in collaboration with Campana & Schott.

For the current 2021 edition, data from 522 managers and employees was collected in a quantitative online survey. In addition, 22 qualitative interviews were conducted with top decision-makers from ten industries.
