Strategic Copilot Implementation at HUBER+SUHNER

How can Microsoft 365 Copilot be used to redesign collaboration and knowledge management within a company? HUBER+SUHNER explored this question together with Microsoft and Campana & Schott. A new Microsoft case study provides exciting insights into their shared journey from strategy to successful implementation.

How can artificial intelligence be used to improve everyday work and be understood and leveraged as a competitive advantage? HUBER+SUHNER addressed this question – and found answers together with Microsoft and Campana & Schott.

The goal was clear: not simply to introduce a new tool, but to discover how generative AI can concretely support collaboration and knowledge management within the company. With Microsoft 365 Copilot and the Viva Suite, new paths were taken – from the initial idea to a multi-wave rollout.

Campana & Schott supported the project as an experienced Microsoft partner: from strategy to technical implementation to enablement. Practical use cases were developed in workshops, pilot groups were trained, and a community was built to actively shape the transformation.

Microsoft contributed the right solutions and a vision for modern collaboration. The results speak for themselves: the vast majority of the pilot group – a full 99 percent – actively use Microsoft 365 Copilot, 94 percent several times a week, and 65 percent even daily. Users report noticeable relief in their daily work, such as preparing meetings, conducting research, or sharing knowledge.

The next step is already planned: AI-supported work practices will be extended to other areas – with the goal of sustainably strengthening innovation and collaboration.
