Awarded as Great Place to Work

Campana & Schott has once again been recognized as one of the best employers - in three categories. With 10th place, we are even among the TOP 10 of the 100 best employers in Germany in the size class from 251 to 500 employees. The Great Place to Work® Institute regularly awards companies that exemplify and offer their employees a particularly attractive corporate culture. The award is based on an anonymous, representative survey of the workforce. Topics include trust in managers, fairness, team spirit, appreciation, respect and identification with the company. In the two other categories "Best Employers in the Consulting Industry" and "Best Employers in Hesse" we were pleased to receive 2nd place for companies with more than 250 employees.

Fair Company is the largest and best-known employers' initiative in Germany, which is committed to a fair working environment.
