Learning by doing

Training makes perfect - on and off the job. That's why we focus on practical on-boarding: After you have familiarized yourself with our tools of the trade at the two-week start-up camp, you will embark on your first real project together with experienced consultants.

We don't think much of long internships: you can prove yourself directly in your own tasks! Take on responsibility - and let your customers and colleagues benefit from your know-how.

Expanding knowledge

From requirements management through conception to implementation and staff training at the customer's site: With us, you will receive 360° training as a consultant. Get to know all the topics that are important for your area of expertise step by step. Through the diverse activities in the office and with the customer, you will become more aware of your potentials and strengths with each passing day. So you will not only receive professional training, but also continuous personal development!

 

Accumulating qualifications

During your entire time at Campana & Schott, you can expand your formal qualifications through further training. Take advantage of our wide range of internal and external training courses - and get qualified as a PMP or Microsoft Certified Solutions Expert, for example!

You can discuss your professional and personal development goals with your supervisor every year.

We give our best to ensure that the people in our company have a good exchange. Thanks to flat hierarchies, team events, company trips, working in specialist groups and fast communication, you will get to know numerous colleagues and our management within a very short time.

During the first six months, you will also be supported by a "Senior Buddy": an experienced employee who you can ask any questions you may have about your work at Campana & Schott.
