You were the seventh employee at Campana & Schott. What led you to us especially?
The supervisor of my thesis made me aware of Campana & Schott. I applied and was invited to interview for a job. Eric Schott and Christophe Campana, were very congenial, honest and genuine. They got me excited to be part of their future projects and made me curious about the corporate culture at CS. I have never regretted my decision to join the team.
Today you are responsible for Delivery Management. Can you tell us a bit more about your responsibilities?
I am head of our delivery management team of about 20 colleagues and responsible for all customer projects at Campana & Schott. As a delivery manager, you need to juggle many different things at the same time. We accompany all projects from start to finish and ensure that they are feasible and profitable. In addition to that, it’s our job to manage the strategic direction of our customer project portfolio and ensure a healthy and sustainable workload for our team of consultants.
You have been on board for more than 20 years now. What makes Campana & Schott unique for you?
Definitely the people. Everyone is really passionate about their work. Cohesion and teamwork are very important. What really motivates me, is the fact that even after more than 20 years of professional experience, I am still learning new things every day. Campana & Schott never rests. The company is constantly reinventing itself and finding alternative ways - without losing its original corporate culture and DNA.
In the photo we see you with hiking boots and walking sticks. One of your private hobbies?
Yes, hiking and mountain climbing is my passion. I enjoy being outdoors. It’s the perfect way to free my mind and to come up with new creative ideas. For me every hike is like a project - there is always something new awaiting me. In order to reach the summit or a certain goal, I need endurance as well as confidence in the abilities of my team and of course in myself. It’s an incredible feeling to finally reach the mountain peak and enjoy the view.
