As part of a strategic AI project, Campana & Schott, together with EKZ (Elektrizitätswerke des Kanton Zürich), developed a company-wide framework for the structured evaluation and implementation of AI use cases.
In detail, the initial focus was on aligning the various business units. Within this framework, a shared vision was developed and strategic parameters were defined to guide the prioritization of use cases. Based on the dimensions of use cases, technology selection, and employee enablement, a roadmap was then created to prepare the next steps of the AI transformation for operational implementation.
