CS PPM Power Suite - Fast benefits through Starter Kit approach
The Starter Kit for the CS PPM Power Suite is the fast way to implement a flexible PPM solution based on the Power Platform Technology. You benefit from a fast deployment with low implementation effort.
Design & Concept
During a kick-off meeting we jointly define the goals, requirements and scope of your PM tool introduction. A design workshop can then be conducted with these goals. In this workshop, we present the features of the CS PPM Power Suite in detail and you define the adjustments. This means that the technical system design is ready within one week.
Implementation
In the implementation phase, our best practice approaches and your individual system requirements are implemented. In order to validate the system and the customizations, your Power Suite will be introduced in a small core team of maximum 10 people. In addition to this test phase, the technical documentation and release are prepared in parallel.
Introduction & Go-Live
To guarantee a successful handover after implementation, training, guidelines and other training materials are made available to the project, program and portfolio managers. At the same time, administrators receive an introduction to the system. An intensive support phase in the form of go-live support, data migration or user training concludes the introduction of the Power Suite.
Project & Quality Management
We ensure quality and transparency throughout the entire project by means of regular status reports, quality assurance measures and acceptance protocols. A compact project charter and a project plan provide control over the entire planning.

By inserting your corporate identity (logo, colour scheme, etc.), an emotional image world and further individual design adjustments, users feel immediately at ease. This increases acceptance and usage. The Power Suite can thus be used directly and offers effective planning options right from the start.
