Power Apps

Power Apps is the foundation of the CS PPM Power Suite. Thanks to the low-code functionality, adjustments to the suite can be carried out quickly and easily. This facilitates the maintenance and support of the tool. On the basis of the Common Data Service (CDS), all elements of the Power Suite, so-called entities, are represented in a structured database, which can easily be used for high-performance analyses and evaluations or even exports. Further Power Apps can be added to extend the database.

Power BI

With Power BI you can rely on one of the leading and most innovative BI tools according to Gartner. Extensive reporting scenarios in the PPM context can be implemented in this way. Power BI can also be used to interface with other project management tools. In this way, all relevant data on portfolios, programs and projects can be analyzed and evaluated in one place. Thanks to the intuitive and modern user interface, portfolio managers and program managers can configure their own reports as power users.

Power Automate

Power Automate, formerly known as Flow, provides the workflow functions and offers various automation potentials. Extensive project life cycles and approvals can be implemented with Power Automate. For example, the basis of the Power Suite can be extended by automating the project creation or project status historization.

Task Planning and Collaboration Tool

As a lightweight PPM platform, the Power Suite enables the convenient integration of additional tools from the Microsoft Cloud. Whether agile, hybrid or classic with a waterfall approach - project managers and their teams decide for themselves which method and which tool they want to use for their task planning in the project. As a central collaboration tool, Microsoft Teams proves to be a very popular addition to the Power Suite with high user acceptance.
