Chatbots are often a first concrete application case when it comes to applications in the fields of artificial intelligence or machine learning. We support companies in setting up and introducing a ChatBot for simple queries - for example as a Microsoft 365 Helpdesk.
Intelligent Search
Search is only as good as the content is classified. AI pushes the gate far into a new dimension of corporate search: Directly during upload, the content is automatically indexed and placed in relation to each other and the user's work context, thus enabling a truly personalized and relevance-based search. Images are being tagged automatically, even within videos can be searched. This is entirely based on learning systems.
