After your online application, we will take the time to examine your documents thoroughly.

If we can imagine working with you, we will invite you to a 1st interview or a telephone interview with our recruiting department within two weeks. Here you have the opportunity to get to know Campana & Schott better and to introduce yourself and your qualifications.

In the second interview, you will get to know your potential supervisor(s) and other consultants at one of our locations. This will give you an insight into our daily work, team dynamics and details of projects, tasks and our daily work.

How can I imagine onboarding at Campana & Schott?

We rely on a two-track induction phase. During the two-week start-up camp, you will familiarize yourself with the tools of the trade; immediately afterwards, you will assume responsibility in your first project together with senior consultants.

An experienced employee will also be at your side as "Senior Buddy" to answer all your technical and personal questions about your work at Campana & Schott.

Which specialist areas are you primarily looking for at Campana & Schott?

Which specialist areas are you primarily looking for at Campana & Schott?

For our project business, we are particularly looking for graduates in business administration / economics, from (business) engineering, business informatics and related fields. Applicants with other degrees who have professional experience in IT and project management are also welcome.

For central functions (HR, marketing, administration, etc.) other specialist knowledge may be required. The respective requirements can be found in the individual job vancancies.
