Top consulting needs passion

The strengths of our employees are the strengths of our company. That is why we encourage our colleagues and help them to develop further. Our training programs offer both internal further training and external seminars and qualification programs (e.g. certification as PMP or Microsoft Certified Solutions Expert). We offer real perspectives instead of "up or out". With different career paths and clearly defined job profiles, we offer comprehensive opportunities to individually expand your personal know-how.

Career

We are always open to the exchange of knowledge and learn from each other - because new ideas arise where knowledge is shared. This is why we have created formats in which we regularly exchange ideas: for example, the monthly CS Consultants Forum. Furthermore, it is important to us to plan long-term with our employees and we are proud of a low fluctuation rate below the industry average.
