Diversity at Campana & Schott

People of all nationalities, ages, marital statuses and sexualities work at Campana Schott. For us, the topic of diversity is a central part of our culture and the commitment of our colleagues constantly gives rise to new initiatives on a wide variety of topics. We present them to you here.

Diversity Charter

To show that our words are not just empty shells, our two managing directors Dr. Christophe Campana and Dr. Eric Schott signed the Diversity Charter in 2019. The Diversity Charter is an employer initiative with the aim of promoting the recognition, appreciation and inclusion of diversity in the world of work in Germany. As part of the signing, we committed to promoting diversity and appreciation in the world of work.

Internal and external initiatives

An open and diverse culture means constant change and work. As a company, we are aware of this and we always want to question ourselves and break new ground in our daily cooperation. Through internal initiatives and cooperation with external partners, we try to make the different facets of diversity visible and to further strengthen them.
