In addition to processes, tools and methods, successful project management or the sustainable introduction of technologies above all require professional and well-trained specialists. For this reason, companies must not only provide employees with initial training, but also enable them to continue their training.

Campana & Schott offers training as part of special qualification programs for the ongoing methodical further development of project staff as well as user training for introduced technologies such as Microsoft Project Server/Online or Microsoft SharePoint Server/Online.

As part of certification programs, we support companies in preparing content and methods for recognized project management certifications. This enables our customers to establish a "common language" in their project management that leads to higher efficiency throughout the entire project organization.

Training & Know-how Transfer

We take over the targeted training of project staff, e.g. through project manager or tool training. We also offer user training for specific technologies and attach importance to the sustainable transfer of technology know-how.

Accompaniment during Certifications

In the case of certifications specifically for project management competencies of the PMP® or PMF, we accompany companies from the selection of suitable certifications to the registration process of employees and examination preparation.

Qualification programs

We advise our customers on the continuous training and further education of their specialists. We offer qualification programs for the continuous and practice-oriented methodical development of project staff so that they can confidently master all project management requirements (such as decision-making, controlling, project management, crisis management, tool training) in the long term.

In addition, we qualify our clients' employees for the value-adding use of their Microsoft technologies through user training or train-the-trainer concepts.

The use of modern e-learning technologies such as blended learning, which is carried out using virtual classrooms, enables flexible training times and saves travel costs for international teams.

Certification schemes

We support our customers in many ways in the training and further education of project staff. As part of certification programmes, we provide employees with all the relevant content required to obtain certification and prepare them for the upcoming exams with learning methods and examination strategies - both for PMP® and PMF.

We also assist with the registration process and ensure that all participants are optimally prepared before an exam.
