Campana & Schott supports future-proof financial management solution

Business model development, solution and software design and sourcing – all from a single hand.

NOX Venture AG, with the support of Campana & Schott, has developed a digital product that makes the company's payment transactions faster and more efficient. From the planning to the implementation stage, the project was realized by the board of directors, the company’s management board, project, and sales management in collaboration with experts from Campana & Schott. Together with Campana & Schott, the company started to develop a suitable business model for its subsidiary DELPARK GmbH, a specialist in the field of payment of unrestricted parking spaces. The new solution allows the company to combine its invoicing and payment transactions and thereby support its customers throughout their entire financial process.

In this project, the technical feasibility and design of the business model were challenged from different perspectives and a market analysis was conducted. The requirements for the software solution were recorded and prioritized in an iterative process. The resulting minimum viable product (MVP) was then used as basis for the subsequent sourcing and tendering process.

Focused customer support

Following the development of the business model and solution design, the sourcing process was initiated by the project team with the drafting of the request for proposal and the selection of potential providers and completed together right up to the bidding and contract negotiations. Campana & Schott assisted the project team with support, coaching on agile product development and other aspects to assure that the right sourcing and software development decisions were made at all times. The focus was in particular on the modus operandi, on special features of collaboration, contract design and value maximization. DELPARK GmbH is now optimally prepared and independently able to serve their customers in a comprehensive manner, generate added value from the combination of its innovative products and, thus, expand their value chain.
