Campana & Schott reaffirms its commitment to sustainable growth and stability by taking a major step in its organizational evolution: Alexander von Steinbüchel, Boris Ovcak, Marco Wick, and Oliver Verspohl have been officially appointed as Managing Partners of the Campana & Schott Group. This move marks the successful conclusion of a transformation process initiated back in 2022.

“Our goal was to lay the groundwork for further growth through a comprehensive organizational realignment, while continuing to offer our clients and employees the highest degree of reliability and continuity,” explains Dr. Eric Schott. Together with Dr. Christophe Campana, the two company founders made the strategic decision to establish an Executive Committee in 2023, responsible for the entire Campana & Schott Group. Since then, this board has consisted of the four newly appointed Managing Partners.
“The deliberate choice of internal leaders reflects our confidence in the existing expertise and represents continuity, stability, and our lived corporate values,” emphasizes Campana. The new Executive Committee was gradually introduced to operational leadership responsibilities. The founders themselves have assumed roles on the Advisory Board and continue to support the leadership team in an advisory capacity.
