The management team at Campana & Schott stands for value-driven leadership with foresight. Characterized by trust, reliability, and genuine collaboration, it shapes sustainable transformations in a digital world.

 

Campana & Schott is managed by a team of four partners: Oliver Verspohl, Alexander von Steinbüchel, Boris Ovcak and Marco Wick (from left to right) jointly stand for modern, future-oriented company management.

The two founders, Dr. Christophe Campana and Dr. Eric Schott, have built up and developed the company over three decades. Operational management was officially transferred to the four Managing Partners and long-standing employees in 2025 - a significant step that marks the generational change and at the same time paves the way for the future of the Group. For our customers, this means reliability in our collaboration and continued high quality in our services.

 

Dr. Christophe Campana and Dr. Eric Schott have led Campana & Schott since its foundation in 1992 as sole managing directors with entrepreneurial foresight and profound expertise in (top) management consulting. Over more than 30 years, they have created a corporate culture that is characterized by a humanity deeply rooted in the company's values and which is now being carried forward by the new management team.

Now that they have handed over the management of the company to the new Managing Partners, both will continue to support the company in an advisory capacity.

Alexander von Steinbüchel is a partner and, as head of the 'Customer Relations' division, responsible for Campana & Schott's sales organization, key account management and marketing & communications. He has been with the company for more than 20 years.

Boris Ovcak

Managing Partner | Head of Practice Division Transformation of Work

Boris Ovcak is partner and head of the division 'Transformation of Work', which bundles all topics of the modern working world, such as lived culture, collaboration and leadership. He has been with the company for more than 20 years.

Andrea Wick

Senior Manager | Practice Division Head Transformation of Work

Andrea Wick is head of the 'Transformation of Work' division, which brings together all the topics of the modern world of work, such as lived culture, collaboration and leadership. She has been with the company for more than 15 years.

Marco Wick

Managing Partner | Head of Practice Division Transformation of Business

Marco Wick is a partner and head of the 'Transformation of Business' division. He is responsible for the success of our customers' major transformation projects in the areas of business realignment, digitization and sustainability - from the idea, through strategy and implementation, to anchoring. He has been with the company for more than 20 years.

Jana Müller is head of the 'Transformation of Business' division. She is responsible for the success of our customers' major transformation projects in the areas of business realignment, digitization and sustainability - from the idea, through strategy and implementation, to anchoring. She has been with the company for more than 10 years.

Sven Weitz

Partner | Practice Division Head Transformation of IT

Sven Weitz is Associate Partner and head of the 'Transformation of IT' division and ensures that the foundations for digital change projects and sustainable organizations are laid. He has been with the company for more than 15 years.

As Head of the People & Leadership Division, Iris Aigner is responsible for the human resources areas, the employee journey and the development of the competencies of Campana & Schott's employees. She has been with the company for more than 10 years.

Anna Adler

Associate Partner | Head of Strategy & Organization

Anna Adler is Associate Partner and Head of the 'Strategy & Organization' Division. In this function, she is responsible for the further development of Campana & Schott. In addition to organizational development and the employee experience, she is also responsible for service portfolio management and internal transformation projects. She has been with the company for more than 20 years.

Karina Beckers-Weirich

Associate Principal I Head of Strategy & Organization

Karina Beckers-Weirich is head of the 'Strategy & Organization' division. In this function, she is responsible for the further development of Campana & Schott. In addition to organizational development and the employee experience, she is also responsible for service portfolio management and internal transformation projects. She has been with the company for more than 5 years.

Alexander Knöss

Associate Partner | Head of Finance & Operations

Alexander Knöss is an Associate Partner and, as Head of the 'Finance & Operations' Division, is responsible for Finance incl. Purchasing, as well as the internal service units IT, Legal and Office Management at Campana & Schott. He has been with the company for more than 20 years.
