Create awareness

Mutual trust and respect are an essential part of our corporate DNA. This also includes that all employees deal sensitively with confidential information and that our managers support their employees. In a regular exchange, our LGBT*IQ community shares their experiences with our managers and gives helpful tips, for example, on how they can support employees in outings. In addition, we are supporters of the #positivework campaign of the German Aidshilfe and are committed to respectful interaction and non-discriminatory cooperation.

Corporate network SCOUT

With pride and passion for the cause, visible and colorful - under this motto, our network SCOUT gives the LGBT*IQ community at Campana & Schott a face and makes the acceptance and support in the company visible. SCOUT is available to all colleagues as a point of contact, organizes events for the LGBT*IQ community and allies, and promotes the exchange of knowledge and raising awareness of LGBT*IQ-related topics. SCOUT is also represented at various CS locations and our managing director Dr. Christophe Campana actively supports the network as a sponsor.


Our external partnerships

PRIDE Champion

In 2022 we were awarded the Uhlala Group’s golden PRIDE Champion seal for the first time. The seal is based on an audit, which includes the categories organizational culture, human resources, communication & visibility as well as legal framework & regulations. We are proud to be able to show through the independent audit that inclusion and diversity are not just a motto at Campana & Schott, but are really lived.

In the same year, we were also listed among the top 5 medium-sized companies in the PRIDE Index.


The PROUT AT WORK Foundation is committed to the visibility of the LGBT*IQ community in the workplace and supports companies in constantly developing their work culture. In addition, our employees and managers have access to educational and awareness-raising opportunities through the organization. CS supports PROUT AT WORK as a PROUT EMPLOYER.
