The German Social Collaboration Study provides a tool- and manufacturer-independent overview of the development of digitally networked collaboration in companies. In doing so, she focuses on the extent to which the cooperation between employees correlates with their job satisfaction and what insights companies can draw from it.
The study is published by the Department of Business Informatics at the Technical University of Darmstadt, headed by Prof. Dr. Peter Buxmann.
885 employees of large and medium-sized companies from Germany, Austria and Switzerland took part in the 2023 survey across a wide range of industries. The participants are mainly employed in upper medium-sized companies, large companies and corporations.
