Campana & Schott among the top 10 of "Germany's Best Employers 2024"

Also ranked 3rd as one of the best employers in consulting.

Campana & Schott is certified by Great Place to Work® as one of the best employers in Germany for the fourth time. The consulting firm came in 9th place, making it one of the top 10 of the 100 best employers in Germany (companies with 501 to 2,000 employees). A total of 1,054 companies took part in the survey. This is the fourth time and third year in a row that we have been awarded a spot in the contest.

We are also delighted to have come in third in the category "Best employers in the consulting industry" (companies with more than 250 employees).

Dr. Christophe Campana, Co-Founder and Managing Director of Campana & Schott, explains what survey results inspire him the most:

"I am impressed by the commitment of our employees in the Great Place to Work survey every year. My heartfelt gratitude goes out to all of you for your valuable feedback! And there was a particularly large amount of feedback this year: we can look back on a record participation rate with an incredible number of free-text responses: an average of 170 comments to one open question.

When asked what values Campana & Schott stands for and what particularly distinguishes us, humanity, passion, cohesion, responsibility and openness were mentioned most frequently. The fact that you explicitly reflect our new corporate values is the best confirmation for me that our values can truly be experienced at CS!

What else would you like to emphasize in a particularly positive way and what else am I very proud of? Our team spirit, our togetherness and the family-like sense of community. And I am particularly happy that you explicitly emphasized our level of mutual trust (both among yourselves and from managers).
