Human-centric Transformation of Work.

This year, Campana & Schott wins the award in the “Modern Work: Employee Experience” category. We created a modern digital workplace based on Microsoft Viva for a large optometry company. All employees are able to access this workplace from various devices such as iPads, smartphones, and desktops via internet browser or a special Microsoft Teams app. With Microsoft Teams as the new centralized user interface, Microsoft Viva offers state-of-the-art functions that redefine the employee experience. Topics such as leadership, development, and corporate communication become integral parts of the “flow of work.” The employee experience platform is a major advancement, combining knowledge, expertise, and methods with cutting-edge, data-driven IT.

Flexible, state-of-the-art project portfolio management

The finalist award goes to Campana & Schott for “Modern Work: Project & Portfolio Management.” Today, many organizations are no longer using Microsoft Project Online alone to manage projects, but also integrated tools such as Planner, Project for the web, Azure DevOps, and Power Platform. To facilitate the selection of the most suitable application in each case, Campana & Schott has developed a comprehensive standard solution for project portfolio management and reporting. It is based on the power platform and facilitates the use of different technologies in different working environments. CS PPM Power Suite supports the management of projects, programs, and portfolios, integrating tools such as Project for the web, Azure DevOps, Project Client and Planner.
