This certificate confirms that all employees in the company are paid fairly and independent of their gender. It is granted after extensive auditing of salary structures and validates Campana & Schott's conviction that fair remuneration should be a matter of course in all areas.   

About the certification

“Fair Compensation” investigates objective pay equity. The process involves qualified external experts who investigate adherence to pay equity on the basis of clearly defined criteria. These in turn are based on the proven standards of Great Place to Work® and the Association of Compensation & Benefits Experts (acbe).
