Campana & Schott is one of the TOP 10 employers in Germany

Campana & Schott receives the Great Place to Work award in no less than three categories.

Once again Campana & Schott wins the coveted award as one of the best employers in 2022 – in three categories. In 10th place, we even rank among the TOP 10 of Germany's 100 best employers in the size category from 251 to 500 employees. This year, more than 800 companies registered for the competition and put their workplace culture to the test.

The Great Place to Work® Institute regularly recognizes companies that exemplify and provide their workforce with a particularly positive and attractive workplace culture. The award is based on an anonymous, representative survey among the workforce. Questions cover topics such as trust in managers, fairness, team spirit, appreciation, respect, and identification with the company.

Campana & Schott also achieved second place in two other categories, namely "Best Employer in the Consulting Industry" and “Best Employer in Hessen” among companies with more than 250 employees.

Dr. Christophe Campana, co-founder and one of the two managing directors of Campana & Schott, comments on the award in an interview.

What does this repeat awards mean for Campana & Schott?

“Well, first of all, and from the bottom of my heart, I would like to thank our employees for their incredibly positive feedback! Above all, being among the TOP 10 best employers in Germany is an outstanding result. Eric Schott and I are very proud of this award, especially since it is based on an anonymous survey and reflects the trust our workforce places in our company, and their loyalty. We are honored to have received this award for the second time and to have it officially confirmed, so to speak, that our employees enjoy working at Campana & Schott.”

This year marks the 30th anniversary of Campana & Schott. How have you been able to maintain and develop your open corporate culture over such a long period of time?

“As an owner-managed company, we have always emphasized a culture of collaboration, focusing on teamwork, and putting people first: At Campana & Schott, you are allowed and even expected to be who you really are. And we have always encouraged openness and appreciation in our interactions and supported a spirit of cooperation.
Initiatives such as our LGBTQ+ network or our gender initiative were launched by our employees themselves. Commitment, appreciation, and diversity are a top priority for us. These are our core values, which we live and breathe as a community."

These awards are certainly also an incentive for the future. What are your plans for the next few years?

“We are certainly already doing a lot of things right, as confirmed by our recently received Fair Compensation Award. But there is always room for improvement, and the Campana & Schott management team knows very well that such an amazing award is not only a recognition, but also an incentive and a commission! We gladly accept this commission and will strive to make Campana & Schott an even more attractive employer in the future: For example, we will also focus specifically on the hybrid working requests and needs of our employees as a future work model.”
