Our example: Extracting ServiceNow Incidents
For this demonstration, we aim to build an agent capable of extracting ServiceNow incidents. Through a chat-based interface, you interact with the Agent Builder. It will ask follow-up questions and help you configure the agent effectively.
The creation process is summarized in five steps (a detailed explanation is provided in the video – only in German):
- Open the Agent Builder: Within Microsoft Copilot Studio, click "Create an Agent" to access the Agent Builder.
- Select a template or start a new agent: Either choose from existing templates or create a new agent from scratch.
- Initiate a chat conversation: Begin interacting with the Agent Builder via its chat interface and provide specific instructions for your agent.
- Configure the agent: Define the agent’s description and specify the data it is allowed to use. Add Graph Connectors if needed to link additional tools as information sources.
- Test and share the agent: Test your agent in your Copilot app and share it with your team.
