Gender at Campana & Schott

Get started together in consulting.

At Campana & Schott, we don't find differences annoying. Quite the opposite. We see the diversity of personalities as an enrichment for us and for our customers. It is a key concern for us to support variety and diversity and to integrate different perspectives and ideas in our company. The advancement of women is particularly important to us. On this page we give you an overview of our internal and external initiatives.

Our internal initiatives

Gender initiative

As a male-dominated technology consultancy, it is our central concern to further promote equality at CS. By 2025, we aim to increase our overall proportion of women to 50% and 35% in our management positions in order to achieve great results and write success stories together. To this end, we identify existing differences as part of the Gender Initiative, derive measures and give impulses to our management.

Corporate network WoMen@CS

At our regular WoMen@CS meetings, we can exchange views on various topics that concern us in everyday working life, such as the compatibility of private life and work or development opportunities. We want to identify relevant topics and give our female colleagues in particular a space for exchange and open discussions. Why? Because we empower women at Campana & Schott and support the development of female role models and leaders.

Compatibility of private life and work

We take into account the different needs of our employees. For example, we support our colleagues in the compatibility of private life and work and work together with the external partner famPLUS, among others. CS employees can access the placement portal free of charge and receive advice on their individual situation. Be it when looking for a daycare place, an offer for outpatient or inpatient care or support in personal crisis situations.

Women’s Empowerment Principles

Behind the Women’s Empowerment Principles are seven principles for empowering women in the company. They were created by a joint initiative of UN Women and UN Global Compact and are based on international labor and human rights standards. With our signature, we have voluntarily committed ourselves to integrating the principles into our corporate practice.

Our external partnerships

top4women

Our efforts in the field of women's advancement were positively acknowledged by the top4women initiative with the silver certificate. The signet stands for companies that make visible efforts to support women as an economic factor by rejecting discriminatory behavior, offering part-time models and family-friendly measures, or explicitly encouraging women to apply. The certificate was accompanied by an assessment that on the one hand shows us areas of action, but on the other hand also clearly encourages us in our actions.

Events & Networks

Through the WOMEN&WORK Community, the herCAREER platform and the women's network nushu, we work with initiatives that accompany and support women on their professional path. In addition, we also organize our own events and work together with student organizations to give them an insight into the counselling.
