We develop a tailor-made adoption & change management concept. This includes the basic adoption strategy, personas and their use cases, communication, training and anchoring plans and success indicators.

Adoption & Change Management Implementation

Together with you, we implement the defined measures. For example, we set up and support multiplier communities, create concise content and carry out communication campaigns, train employees and take care of measuring success.

Together with HR and IT, suitable measures for adoption and change management were developed and implemented. The main focus was on the development of the change story - i.e., the essential benefits for the employees and the overarching target image for the entire project. For this purpose, Campana & Schott prepared and moderated a workshop and a survey among international managers and developed the core messages of the change story. It is at least as important for the success of the "Digital Collaboration" program to take the employees along on the journey and to accompany them with suitable measures.
